1. When will my order be processed?

All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak seasons or high-order volumes, processing may take up to 5–8 business days.


2. How long does shipping take?

United States: 7–14 business days
International Orders: 14–31 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on factors such as customs clearance, weather conditions, and local postal delays.


3. Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be uploaded to your order details. You’ll also receive an email notification so you can monitor your delivery status every step of the way.

4. Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

We begin processing orders promptly to ensure fast delivery. If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at viraluxecollective@gmail.com within the first 3 hours after placing it. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations.


5. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, with original tags, and in their original packaging. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

To initiate a return, email us at viraluxecollective@gmail.com with your order number and relevant photos (if applicable). We’ll provide a return shipping label and further instructions.


6. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal. Currently, we do not accept Apple Pay or Google Pay.


7. My order hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?

If your tracking information shows no movement after 15 business days (U.S.) or 30 business days (international), please contact us at viraluxecollective@gmail.com.
Our team will review your order and assist you in locating your package as quickly as possible.


8. What if I received the wrong or a damaged item?

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.

Please email viraluxecollective@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. Our team will promptly review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.


9. How long will it take to receive a response?

Our customer support team aims to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).


10. Will I be charged customs or import taxes?

Depending on your country’s import regulations, customs duties or taxes may apply. These fees are not included in our product prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, we will issue a refund for the product price only (shipping fees are non-refundable).
